Raffle Rules

BI-WEEKLY DRAWING FOR ONE (1) FREE P.C. VIDEO GAME.

Welcome to the HeadHunters Gaming community bi-weekly raffle, we will be raffling off a new video game title each week, one (1) ticket is $3, or you may purchase four (4) tickets for $10. Each two (2) weeks we will announce the game going up for raffle, and by using the donate page, and stating in the notes that it is for the raffle. By buying a ticket you will be helping our gaming community and allow us to do more. We wish you luck and thank you for participating!

I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)

HeadHunters Gaming Community (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”).

II. ELIGIBILITY
AGE AND RESIDENCY RESTRICTIONS Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 US or DC, except Maine, who are ANY AGE at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Click on the “Donate” tab on http://www.hhclan.net, then proceed to the checkout on PayPal. A PayPal account is NOT required in order to donate. If you do not wish to use / or sign up for PayPal simply use the payment information section on the left of the check out screen. In order to qualify as a raffle purchase, contestants must put the word “Raffle” in the notes section of the checkout screen. Please make sure to include your email address and name so that if you drawn to win, you can receive your prize.

IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED

For each ticket purchase, one (1) entry will be made for the person purchasing the ticket. on the day of the drawing a winner will be selected by random to win the prize. the more tickets purchased increases the odds of winning a prize.

V. PRIZE(S)

Every two (2) weeks a prize will be announced in the forums and on teamspeak.

VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the
Sponsor/Judges and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree
to release HeadHunters, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor
companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

To claim prize: (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity, or if under 18 years of age parental consent; (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification;

VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of
tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance
that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
